Overlooking the Indian Ocean and just a leisurely 8-minute drive to the town center of Margaret River, this luxury, self-contained beach house features 180-degree ocean views from every room, sweeping gardens and outdoor entertaining. The house has a contemporary design and features an open plan living and dining area with gourmet kitchen. Centrally located in the Margaret River wine region, the area is popular for wineries, vineyard restaurants, hiking, surfing, golfing and hiking along the Cape to Cape coastal track.
